Spring Light

I found these pictures hiding on my home computer, I had completely forgotten them but thought I would share them now as I haven’t had a chance to take any new blog pictures :s

The skirt is by Reverse c/o Zalando and is one of my favourite sling on’s. The jumper was a Christmas present from my parents and my Jeffery Campbell Everest’s were c/o Zalando.

I love the misty haze the light gives n these pictures, some things you just can't photoshop :)

Chilli

I’m so lucky to have been sent this cute Chilli print AX Paris skirt; it reminds me of the Dolce & Gabbana runway looks.

Their food themed collection for S/S 2012 had prints and designs inspired by their native Italy. Aubergines, tomatoes, onions and chilli prints where everywhere.

Unlike Dolce & Gabbana I decided not to wear the print head to toe and mix it up with my Vintage Camo jacket I found on EBay.

I then threw on my JC Tardy’s, a bindi (also EBay) and a white a gold necklace from Accessorize.

MINKPINK FESTIVAL PARTY

I was thrilled to be invited to the Minpink Festival Party on Thursday at The Breakfast Club in Soho London. Seeing the new collections was great and I wanted everything! Especially all their beautiful white crochet dresses and duster cardigans.

The venue was so sweet and had pictures pasted all over the brick and yellow walls. They served Minkpink custom cocktails, yummy chicken skewers and cupcakes.

One of my favorite parts of the evening was making my flower head band with Karin from Wunderlust. She makes the most beautiful headdresses and flower crowns which you can buy from her Etsy. I can’t wait to wear it out!

I was really drawn to the colour and print of this dress from River Island. Its quite bodycon with long sleeves and a slit up the side.

To tone the dress down for daytime I paired it with a slouchy cardigan c/o Zalando.com, my DIY headchain and a pair of chunky Jeffrey Campbell Tardy’s.

Also hello to my new followers! Hope you enjoy my posts and thank you, lovely to have you along :) 

I’ve finished my styling assistant internship and it was a great experience. Being able to see a Pucci dress and the most amazing Prada shoes in person (even if it was so I could pack them up and send them back to Milan) was awesome.

I’ve also got a couple of other bits in industry to do over the summer which I'm really looking forward to.

So excited !

Daisy

I was sent this cute little daisy dress from AX Paris. I made it more 'me' by throwing on my oversized American Apparel denim jacket (that I got from our Uni trip to New York), a pair of New Look slouchy ankle socks and my Jessica Simpson Dany platforms.  

Due to my sizable chest I have to wear this dress with a bandeau underneath unless I want to show major cleavage! The dress is a really good length for my height and the fabric is so soft.

Its nice being back at home after moving out of my uni room in Nottingham. I have been looking for work experience in the Fashion industry for the past couple of weeks and have been doing a styling internship in London for the last few days which is tiring but great fun.

I’ve also started an inspiration Tumblr that I will add to my side bar soon.
