Window

It’s got rather chilly again in England L  as I was staying in all day doing some work a thought I would imagine it was summer and whip out the shorts and bare legs while remaining all toasty indoors.
These are my custom pink shorts and a big baggy jumper from H and M, which is now the comfiest piece of clothing I own.
This necklace was a find at a little local rock and gem shop. My rings are from everywhere and my watch is from Asos. The beaded bracelet was a bargain from Primark for £1.50 and the blue bracelet was from the H and M sale.
As you can see from the pictures I’m not wearing shoes so I photographed the shoes I would wear with this outfit, they are from River Island  J
Hope everyone had a good weekend and bank holiday! Its Final Major Project week so i'm busy busy busy!

Dip Dye

Loveclothing very kindly sent me this little dress J I love the sheer floaty fabric and the bright confetti colours. Check out their site here, I have my eye on a floral maxi skirt!
I wanted to grunge this sweet diddy dress up by teaming it with my Topshop leather jacket and these great Perspex heeled black ankle boots.
The giant crystal ring was a DIY, a stone fell off an old Primark ring so I bought a crystal for £2 and super glued it on. So all in all an Erin Wasson Low Luv esque ring for £4... BOOM!
Oh and the hair is only wash in wash out, I thought I would try something a bit different J I think it works really well with this dress.

Watching TV

Was catching up on Grey’s Anatomy the other night and in the break decided to take some quick pics J
I’m wearing my red jeans from next and a large poncho crochet fine knit top thing from H and M.
Also introducing this little leather bag necklace from Whistler Canada, it’s so sweet, I love the stone Inukshuk on it.
Only a quick post today, it’s my dad’s birthday so we are going out for Thai food ... MMMMM!

Urban Outfitters

“Polish photographer Lukasz Wierzbowski explores the relationship between model
and surroundings in order to bring to life our 'Prints Collection'. In what can only
be described as a photographic game of hide-and-seek, he creates a balance and
sense of equality between the two that allows the clothes to take centre stage”

Love these photo’s by Lukasz Wierzbowski for Urban Outfitters!!! YUM

Turquoise and Tigers Eye

Final Major Project deadline is approaching fast!!
Some of you will have seen the editorial photos that form part of my project (if you haven’t they can be seen here here and here!!) but, I have also been working on some handmade jewellery that will also be part of the final work.
I really enjoyed sourcing, designing and making up these pieces, adding the little extras like the turquoise and tigers eye stones and tiny silver feathers and bottles .
I hope you like them; they are inspired by the beautiful Navajo and tribal jewellery that compliments the Free Spirit Hippy 70’s revival that’s out there at the moment. It just seems to sum up this Spring/Summer.
Any comments would be really fab as they contribute to the project as well!!

My Safe Place

I changed it up today and took pictures in my bedroom!
So this is my room, I love my crazy wall paper and bright cushions, I was going to photograph it all then noticed it was so messy I couldn’t unless I did a major tidy up!
I’m wearing a chiffon top from Topshop I love the colour and it has some awesome sleeves. The hat is from Asos, it’s a wide brimmed fedora, which is going to be on trend for the winter as they were all over the A/W runways  J . I attached a dream catcher I found at my boyfriend’s house to my shorts.
My boots I mentioned in the previous post arrived today, the Perspex heels are amazing!

Finally Mine

Dont quite know what I was doing in these two pictures :P
Fringe jacket Topshop, T-shirt Camden, Shorts Asos, Shoes JC Lita

Finally I got my hands of the Topshop fringe jackets. I saw it months ago in a magazine and put it straight on my wish list and then when it came out it sold out in half a day! After being rather annoyed and telling myself it wasn’t practical anyway and I didnt need it, I found it was back in stock and I bought it straight away!
I teamed it with my Led Zeppelin T-shirt and my denim shorts and Lita’s.
The necklace was a bargain in the Dorothy Perkins sale J
Oh and I just ordered a pair of boots on Asos, I can’t wait for them to arrive!!!!
